Power supply for 0G03051

Misplaced the power plug for my 4TB Thunderbolt 0G03051. Do I need something special to power it on or will this do?

Does it need to be plugged in via USB to a computer as well to work?

Yes the device will not power up unless it is also attached via a data connection. Either USB or TB.
