Power led light flashing blue (Mirror Gen2)

Hi, I have an issue with my WD My Cloud Mirror (Gen 2). Power led light is flashing blue and I can’t access to the dashboard. My router don’t assign IP address to the NAS.

I’ve found a solution for a single-bay WD My Cloud (Gen 2) in this post My Cloud recent firmware update Rapid Flash Blue light and gone from network (Gen 2) - #26 by nickybocker, but the recovery files don’t work with my device (no yellow-red blinking light after plugging usb drive).

Any ideas? I don’t need to recover files from drives.

The salient points of which are:

If the LED continues to blink beyond seven days, Check Warranty Replacement Status and RMA to obtain a replacement unit

If the My Cloud is Out Of Warranty (in which case, it’s hosed) and data recovery is needed, contact a WD Data Recovery Partner
