PLEX share NTFS Permission

I have a PR4100 NAS and installed the plugin for Plex.
I am able to map a network drive to one of the shares and have read-write access to the root and other folders I created.
I have the Plex DVR setup to record LiveTV.

The problem is I need to rename and delete some of the files created by the DVR and I don’t have read/write (access denied) to the folders created by the DVR.

I think the only way to change or delete the files is to go through the mycloud site which appears to be down tonight. I understand why to edit my files I have to go though some website to do it.

What happens when the NAS is behind a firewall and MyCLoud is not accessible? Seems like a backward design.

How do I change the permissions to these folders?

Hi ByJam,
Can you tell on which format does your
Plex DVR saves the file.

Most of the time they are .TS files.
This is more than frustrating.
Western Digital won’t help saying its a Plex problem however the App comes preinstalled on their products. Plex doesn’t have a dedicated support center and not getting any response on their forums either.
