Plex server

I am looking into using an EX4100 as a Plex server but would also like to connect to it as an ISCSI target for backup purposes, is this possible?

I can confirm that this is possible as I’m hosting multiple iSCSI targets and the other storage is also a media share for the PLEX server hosted on my EX4100.
