All my media is stored on my My Cloud 3TB now I’m trying to set the path so my Plex Server which is installed on my Linux laptop can access all my files but I can’t find the path from my Plex server to My cloud can anyone hep me with this?
Well, you’ll need to mount the share first, right? Then you’ll know the path.

The share is mounted still can’t access
Try to access it via the CLI for the Linux laptop, if that can and is ok, then the issue is between Plex and the Linux Laptop.
How do you mount the shares?
