Hi, I have a 4tb My cloud home, upgraded to plex server 1.25.3.5446 but the remote port connection keeps getting disconnected. Any solution? Thank you.

This is not helping at all.
Since the last update, there is a connection problem to Plex. Everyday. Sometimes, rebooting WD Home is helping, sometimes not. I had to uninstall Plex and reinstall it completely. here is the screenshot of the error message :
I have tried all possible solutions and the remote connection still does not work, the only thing I can think of is that the plex server of the mycloud home works badly. I also have the shield pro and I have no problem. Let’s see if they take out a new update of plex server otherwise I will give it to the trash, we have been many months with daily problems
After doing a lot of research at the end I found the solution, my router worked under ipv6 cgnat, I have changed it to ipv4 and out of cgnat and it connects everything to the first one. Thank you
