i have my cloud devise and i made ( screen password ) i forget the password and when in try to open My cloud applecation on the computer always request to put the password , how can i reset it or change it , i can login normally from mobile application …
You can access the My Cloud Dashboard to set/view the User passwords. If you have forgotten the My Cloud Administrator password, used to access the My Cloud Dashboard, you can perform a 4 second reset to set the admin password back to default (which is blank).
