I’ve found a number of threads regarding the same issue for different WD drives. None of those threads have been ultimately helpful. They all seem to point to a burned out 5v tvs diode. They suggest this diode is identified as D4 on the PCB but this PCB doen’t have a D4, only D3. Any help is greatly appreciated.
