Please Help! Both WD TV Live boxes will not boot!

As of yesterday (I’m assuming it has something to do with a firmware update) Both my 1st gen and latest TV Live units stopped working. I haven’t made any modifications to either unit and they worked flawlessly before. I have done a manual reset on both units but only the loading screen will load then it shuts down (Black screen) yet the power stays on. Goes back to loading screen again then black screen again over and over and over and over.

Please help.

Try rebooting your router or unplug the network cable. This happens to me before and rebooting the router and switch I use did the trick.
