The files are MP4 video/audio flash drive recoreded USB 3.0 …they run on the Samsung laptop where I copied them from …they run on this iMac. But are not seen on my new Play.
Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks. Jim
USB 3.0 requires much more power than USB 2.0. It is possible your WD TV Play is not supplying enough power for your flash drive to be recognized.
