Hello, I have a DC HC320 8TB in my server, bought in Feb. 2019, with periodic deep thud every 3 to 5 seconds. I connected the HD to my pc and ran WD Diagnostic and WD Drive Utilities (latest versions), but both programs don’t recognize the drive. It seems that it is broken ( Periodic deep thud from WD HGST Ultrastar DC HC320 - #2 by Fr4n2 )
The serial number is not recognized in WD support site ( starts with VAH… )
Can you give me an advice what to do, please?
