Pending sector, does that qualify for warranty RMA?

My WD Elements 5TB drive is just under two years old and consequently still under warranty. I noticed some retry warnings in the Event Viewer, and a month later CrystalDiskInfo reports one Pending Sector and changed the Health to Caution. I asked support if this qualified the drive for a warranty replacement, and he didn’t exactly answer the question – just told me to run Chkdsk, which the drive passes. But it apparently has a sector that will eventually fail.

Anybody know if WD will replace under warranty for 1 Pending or Bad sector?
