Password Recovery: Reseting MyBookWorld Isn't Working

Hello,

I forgot my password for the MyBookWorld white light. I tried to turn it off and restart it with the restart button pushed and then plugging in the default username: admin and password: 123456.

This isn’t working for me. 

What else can I do?

Deafult username/password is admin/admin, 123456 is valid only for the Blue Rings. Make sure that you are holding the reset button for at least 20 seconds.

Thank you so much! I’ve been having such a hard time with it. Can I change the username and password now? Or should I just keep it at admin/admin?

Had to edit my post… too early for me…

Log in to the net admin > go to advance mode > admin password

Hi. Although I’ve used this hard drive for my time machine before, I can’t seem to access any of the files on there. Can you tell me what the problem is?
