Password help for My Passport Ultra

I have WD Security on and i do know my password, can’t get in. Any way to help plzs and thx.

There is no reset for the password. Occasionally connecting with a differnt computer or users account will work. If not you are out of luck.

Have 2TB passport ultra, just recently can’t delete and rename files. It says needs approval from TOSHIBA/RUBEN. Can anyone help me.
