Passport wireless - No wifi after several restarts

I updated firmware recently - had the unit about 6 weeks. Now upon restart there is no blue wifi and the SSIS is not available.

I held power button several time blinking white then back to blue power with no wifi light.

What else can I do - I dont think I should have to factory reset again - Ive had to do it a couple times already for whatever issue.
