Hi
I have a Passport S/N WXX1A57HFSFK.
I successfully installed it and created a back up schedule and successfully backed up my info… yaay!!
However now when I try to open WD backup the main popup box does not launch. I have uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. The last back up was on 16th October. Does anyone know how to resolve this? I purchased WD as a recommendation but at the moment I feel like I have purchased a dud. Not happy
