Passport and Passport Ultra issue

I’ve finally accepted the the Ultra needs to be replaced so I put that through the warranty process.

The other one is a 500gb Passport. I can view it and test it, etc in the WD Drive Utility, and can sort of access it via Device Manager on Windows but can’t actually view contents. I can’t see it in Disk Utility on Mac, but can find it when I do the WD Drive Utility on the Mac.

I need to know what’s on this thing and I can’t figure it out. Any ideas?

Have you tried using a different USB cable or USB port on the computer?
