Only 2 of 4 WD icons on desktop

Hi there!

After I installed the WD Software that came with My Book, there are only 2 of them (WD Security and WD Drive Utilities) that show up on the desktop. The other 2 (WD Smart Ware Pro and WD Quick View) must be reached over “All apps” in Win10).

Why is that?

Hello,

Try dragging the app from the “All apps” to the desktop.

Left click and hold on the app and then drag it to the desktop.
