Not connecting to network

Hi all,

Recently moved house and received a new router. Tried to connect my cloud home duo and it is not connecting. The LED’s at the back are not flashing or even turning on. The white light in the front just keep blinking. I tried different ethernet cables and rebooted the system. Could someone help me here as I have only basic tech knowledge. Please?
