Slow Blinking led

HI.
Bought a new My cloud home duo from wd store, connected but only slow blinking white led waited 2 days still same. done full reset 60+ sec still same,
ports 443 and 8443 not blocked.
port forwarding is added automatically.
From Network folder i can see device and Public folder.
when loggin to home.mycloud.com is showing software updating.

what can i do?
maybe i can install last version from flash drive?

Could be that your drives are not mounting if slow white light.
