Beim Einrichten der My CloudHome wird angezeigt, dass das Gerät offline wäre und wird nicht gefunden. Die LED leuchtet dauerhaft und obwohl alles korrekt an den Telekom Speedport Pro Router angeschlossen wird es nicht erkannt.

The My Cloud Home (Duo) has the single white LED bar on the front of the unit.
- LED STATE #5: Full illumination when “system ready” state is reached.
IMPORTANT: If the My Cloud Home LED becomes solid immediately after applying power, it may not have completed the boot up sequence properly.
- Power OFF and ON the My Cloud Home multiple times may cause the device to recover from Solid White LED at power on state.
- Obtain the debug logs from the device IP address and provide to WD Technical Support.
