We purchased a WD My Book Live recently, but I am very disappointed to find that when calling up photos that I’ve uploaded to My Book Live I see only jpg numbers, instead of photo thumbnails. This is extremely cumbersome when looking for specific photos, or just browsing. I have thousands of photos I wish to upload, so manually naming each photo file would be a momentous task. I’ve looked and looked, but cannot find any viewing option that would display photo thumbnails. Am I overlooking something? Is there a way to have your photo thumbnails displayed? Should I have invested in a different wireless hard drive???
