hey
my 2tb live will not show photo’s at all on the wd photo app.
i can upload to it i can see the photos oin my cloud
i can see and use the live on my network and throught my comoputers and iphone
just the app will not show that there is a photo or photo’s on the drive have tried re installing the app lots
and it works for the my cloud no problems.
Hi, it can take a while longer for the photos to appear on the WD Photos app, since the My Book live needs to create the thumbnails first. You can try clicking on the rescan or rebuilt option from the My Book Live dashboard if the problem continues, check page 114 of the manual for more information.

I believe the wd photos app only looks for photos in the public folder
