No cloud access after OS 5 upgrade

Have tried multiple devices, multiple ways to log into the web dashboard to set up remote access on my EX2 Ultra but I inevitably get the same message each time:

“Something went wrong, please check that you have an active Internet connection and try again.”

Could anyone provide assistance as I’m quickly losing my patience with this new OS 5 ‘upgrade’.
