Being new to the cloud world, I do not have access to or cannot give access to other users when I sign in as admin. Please advise what I am doing wrong. Thank you.
Do you have a My Cloud or a My Cloud Home? If you have a My Cloud home you can only invite users using the mobile or web browser access. The My Cloud Home does not have a dashboard like the My Cloud product line.
I have My Cloud app as well as on my PC
