New WD Red Hard Drive for NAS

Hi everyone,

WD said : Ideal for; Specifically designed and tested for small office and home office, 1-5 bay NAS systems. 

Do you think I can use this disk to a giant RAID (10) of 24x 2TB (WD20EFRX) or Green is preferable?

For what I have been reading the Red will be the best option from now on when talking RAID

i have 2 different Nas systems a WD sharespace  which it would be nice for. But Not sure if that is possible in that one

i also have a qnap 8 bay nas. so i was wondering of the 3 TB red version would run on that one  as it only says 1-5 is it special programmed for that or so?

does it also matter if you use raid 5 or 6 then ?
