Don’t forget the WDTV Play, which does allow DTS-HD MA passthrough, which came out between the two…
Thanks. I’d seen the Play but didn’t realise it could pass DTS-MA.
It looked like a pared down version of the SMP. May I ask what does the SMP do that the Play doesn’t? In short, if I bought a play I’d be gaining DTS-MA, but what would I be losing?
Cheers.

Just to confirm, does it:
Pass all audio formats
Play all video formats
Have a Media Library like the SMP
Show the scraped information I have from my SMP
Will it work with a USB hub?
If the answer to the aboce is yes, then what the heck doesn’t it do?
Oh, and finally, can I have one of these and a WDTV Live SMP both connected to the same network, both with their Media Library on?
Many thanks
