New My Cloud Home - continuous disk activity for 3 days

I have a new 4TB My Cloud Home. I set it up in my network and copied over 2TB of data. It is now making loud disk activity continuously, for about 3 days. What happen? Do I have to do something I don’t understand? The disk is always hot being always working

The disk activity stopped after 4 days
I understand that problem are for user folder and not public folder, the scope is indexing
