New Firmware Turns Video Media Invisible

Hello all,

I’m trying to get some help. I just updated to the newest firmware 2.07.17 and as a result all of my video media is gone. The device doesn’t seem to see it. Not on local or media storage. Yet when I look at capacity it reads the 600GB, it just doesn’t display the files. Saything the movie folder is currently empty.

I really don’t want to wipe the drive, format and restart. Anyone experience this problem or have a potential fix?

Try resetting the media library.

SETUP / SYSTEM SETTINGS / MEDIA LIBRARY / CLEAR MEDIA LIBRARY

You need to press red button (select source) and choose “Internal only”.
