New EX4100 System Under Temperature Events

I recently purchased a new EX4100 4 bay with each bay having a 4T drive.

I keep on getting System Under Temperature Event Warnings and my WX4100 blinks RED.

I live in South Florida and of course the AC is always on but the room temperature is usually around 73 F.

My drives range between between 34C and 42C.

Should I be receiving these System Under Temperature Event Warnings?

Another question - off this topic - In the My Cloud Home Screen it always says that I have two cloud devices but I only have 1 EX4100, why does it say I have two?

What is the firmware version your NAS using.  Check if there is a firmware update for your NAS.  Also clear all the message and do a system factory restore.

Hi I cleared the messages and did the system restore.

The firmware version is:  1.06.133 which is the latest update.
