Netflix hangs at times when loading

I’m on 2.0.32 (the latest firmware) as of the last few months

Sometimes when I try to load Netflix, the WDTV hangs and i have to power down the box and have it ‘cold reboot’. 

I think I had these problems during older firmware like 1.6.x

Are there any fixes for this?

Does resetting the unit using the physical reset button makes any difference?

I thought the reset button does a factory reset. Seems a bit severe to advise factory reset before trying to narrow down the problem. 

Does the lockup happen after using the device for a substantial amount of time? Are you able to isolate the behavior to after running another app? Do you experience sluggishness in the UI prior to selecting Netflix and the resulting lockup, or can it happen any time - even after a fresh power-cycle restart?
