The Cable connector on the drive has come loose. I want to solder on a new one but need the part.
Where can I get one?
model MM804RS. the connector has 2 x 5 pins contacting the drive’s board. On 1 side, 2 pins are snapped.

Unfortunately, WD does not provide any spare parts for the drive. However, if your drive is in warranty you can replace the drive.
You should try contacting WD’s Technical Support in order to create RMA for the drive.
