When using WD Sync, i get the error message “MyCloud is missing”. I have already disconnected, disabled, reenabled, and reset the sync folders. It was synching fine for a while and gave this error all of a sudden. Very frustrating that the purpose for which one buys this kind of storage is not served.

Are you able to access your My Cloud and map the shares?
Did you try uninstalling and re-installing WD Sync?
