Hi All
Since the outage has been sorted, I have tried to enable local access to my MyCloud home device. I cannot get access to the Dashboard.
I have followed the steps in this link to the letter. Instructions to Enable Local Network Access on a My Cloud Home, My Cloud Home Duo and SanDisk ibi without Cloud Services,
I get to step 7 and after verifying the 2-step address I am greeted with an error screen that says “Oops! Something went wrong”.
I uninstalled WD Discovery thinking that may be the problem but the result was the same. I tried to reinstall WD Discovery but it won’t reinstall properly or find my device. can anyone please advise?
