Okay i have contact support and asked them if i can still use mycloud as a drive instead of installing the software i got the respone and i can i can find and use the pubic folder found in my network drive which i found mycloud local on my network. the cord attached to my router. but my problem is i try saving some files but they are not uploading to mycloud.com only the pubic folders. on two computers i tested them on. what other steps do i need to take to get this to fully work?
@detour1 MyCloud.com, the My Cloud Home Mobile App and the WD Discovery Software cannot access the Public Share. The Client apps can only access the User Private Space.
