Hi guys new to the cloud family. Finally figured it out after about an hour. I have a my cloud home 8tb with movies and tv shows. I downloaded the iPhone app and connected to my cloud and installed Plex. I dragged my movie folder into the Plex folder where i found a few other folders (shared movies, shared pictures etc.) i left the movie folder inside of Plex outside of those other folders. I downloaded Plex onto my Xbox one S and linked my accounts and connected my Xbox one to my cloud home. But can’t find any files. I’m at my wits end after being on tech support calls all day to no avail. I feel like it’s something simple I’m missing because so many people use Plex. Please help. Thanks
