Hi All,
New mycloud home arrived after needing to replace my old cloud that is no longer supported.
Having to setup Plex, followed all the instructions and TV content is pulling through fine into the generic folders Plex makes for you but for some reason non of the movie media that is on the cloud pulls through when scanning?
Any ideas on how to correct? Have followed the naming guidance for Plex, content is in the shared movie folder in the Plex location on the cloud etc…have I missed a step somewhere or is this a common problem?
