Hello I have setup the Plex Server in my Cloud. It works on my phone and my computer. But It does not work anymore under the chromecast with google TV. I tried to delete the Plex App, redo the configuration process in my cloud and nothing works. It seems the chromecast does not see my cloud online.
Anyone with that problem?
Do you have a My Cloud device or a My Cloud Home device? They are not the same devices. If you have a My Cloud Home device see the dedicated subforum for that device were users who are more familiar with it may be able to assist.
