I recently bought MyCloud EX2 Ultra.
To sync my two iphones and an ipad, I created a 1 account on MyCloud. (For the purpose of this thread, I’m going to call it “TEST” account).
I then went ahead and synced all three IOS into that TEST account using Webdav.
I was pretty happy with it.
But here’s the problem:
Under the ‘Share’ tab in dashboard, mycloud turns OFF the Webdav for TEST everyday.
So now, I have to go in and enable TEST Webdav everyday to sync my IOS devices.
It’s getting really irritating and I have no idea why it’s doing that.
Anyone have any idea what I’m missing?
I doubt my password’s been compromised but I’m open to any possible lead.

Hi there, try resetting the unit to see if you still encounter the same issue afterwards. You can click on the link below for instructions.
If the reset doesn’t work, try a system only restore. This will not delete any information, but it will reset the settings to default.

After doing the system only restore as you suggested, this problem went away!
It feels so great not having to enable Webdav anymore
