MyCloud EX2 Ultra - Shares missing

I had to unplug the EX2 during an evacuation a few weeks ago (CA wildfires …) and after plugging everything back in again, the shares are now missing, although the Users are still intact and the on the Home screen of the device, the drives are showing healthy and full of data (only 65GB of space remaining.

It is updated with firmware 2.4.155

My previous mappings of my Shares locations are no longer working either.

Ideas on how to recover these?

Bennor… Thank you for trying to help. I’ve made some progress. By using the 40-second fix, the missing share re-surfaced! But… I’m still having an issue with the Admin function. When I click on the drive in Finder, it shows “Guest” and when I try to login as administrator I get a pop-up telling me it can’t be accessed. Maybe you can tell me how to reset the Admin user name and password. I think I’ve tried the obvious method, but it doesn’t seem to be working. I can’t seem to access the das…
