I have the MyCloud app installed on my android phone. When I take a picture with my camera it automatically backs up the image on MyCloud. However, if I download a picture from an app that downloads into it’s own folder, that picture does not get backed up.
Is anyone having this issue? Is there a setting that I need to set to look at other folders? Does anyone know a work around? Thanks!
Which Android phone do you own? Mine is a Samsung Galaxy S6.
