MyCloud 1. Change Password

First question: How do I change my password to MyCloud (not MyCloudHome)?

Starting off at Western Digital
I go to SIGN INTO MYCLOUD on the right, choose My Cloud under OS 3 supported

From the login page [01_MyCLoud_loginpage] I can login successfully [02_myCloud_login_success].

I then click on my email address on the top right and choose “Change Password”.

I’m presented with a login screen again. If I enter my current credentials I get the error
[03_MyCloud_Resetpassword login correct]
" Sign In Failed

The credentials you provided were invalid.

Please try to Sign In again."

If I enter incorrect details, I get a different error message:
[04_MyCloud_Resetpassword login incorrect]

“Password is incorrect.”

@marshall.john Are you trying to sign in at, mycloud.com?

OK, when you get to where you sign in after you have clicked on My Cloud under OS3 before signing in click on Forgot Password and follow the instructions.

Click on, tap or activate image to enlarge it.

Also make sure you are using the right password MyCloud.com for the web portal. People sometimes/often use different passwords, one for accessing the My Cloud on their local network, and a different one for accessing the MyCloud.com web portal. Wouldn’t be the first time someone mixed up the passwords.

Thank you. I’ve reset by clicking “Forgotten Password”.
Kinda weird, I couldn’t reset it once logged in but it has worked.
