MyBookLive with Red LED, cannot connect (has IP)

My MyBookLive is showing red LED in the front since a couple of weeks. The device has an IP, I can ping the IP and get results back, but I cannot mount the drive in WIndows File Explorer (anymore) and the WD Cloud App also lost the device.
What can I do to access my files on the MBL?
