Mybooklive cannot get ip address after reset

The mybooklive cannot not get ip address after I hit the reset button.

only the MAC is shown.

Tried to connect MBL directly to my pc (win7) but my pc cannot detect it.

Tried WD link to search but cannot detect it.

Anyone had same problem before and how did you solve it?

Hello,

Make sure that the My Book Live and the PC are on the same IP range, you can also try to ping the drive by name from the command prompt.

What is the LED status? Check front and back LEDs. See manual for color status.
