hello, has anyone managed to use their mybooklive on a mac and configure itunes to pick up the music held on mybooklive?
it worked for a very short while but no longer. I’ve spent hours on the phone to Apple and WD and i’ve had enough so this is my last attempt.

when the MAC did originally recognise the mybooklive - itunes would keep losing connection to it - it always crashed before i uploaded all the music too.

now when i log into the MAC i get a message saying can’t connect to mybooklive - check server/IP address
If if do Finder/Go/Find server and search for the mybooklive it works and i can see the mybooklive on my windows laptop but not on the MAC.
i’m not a techie…
