I’m using My Passport to back up all my files , Question , If i reformat my computer I loose most everything , Will My Passport reinstall all my backed up files , text , photos , videos , music , etc

Depending on the software that you use to backup your computer, if you use the software provided you will be able to retrieve all the files backed up on the passport, however this is not done automatically.
