Hello, I have using My Cloud app on the iPhone to backup my photo/video to my wireless pro.

  1. why some time he didn’t back up automatically ?
  2. I select all my photo/video by add photo in the app and how do I check to ensure that any new photos are promptly backed up? or in this case he will take again some of existing contact as well?

I have had the same problems. Now I don’t use the autobackup anymore, instead I select the photos and backup the over filesharing to the MyCloud-App.
