My Passport Wireless can not be recognized by PC or other devices


I haven’t been using my Passport Wireless HDD for more than a year. When i tried to connect, it is not been recognized by my computer. I tried it in different PCs, but the results were same. My device successfully connects to My passport dashboard but the capacity information can not be displayed. I would be appreciated if someone helps me.

I had to change routers today and then My Passport no longer appears. Don’t know how to deal with that.
