I tried plugging it into my computer a bunch of times. Besides the sound of something spinning, there’s kinda the sound of static too. Usually nothing pops up on my screen, but sometimes a notification saying “the disk you entered cannot be read” would pop up. What can I do? Somebody please tell me thank you
First, you should diagnose the health of drive using WD Drive Utilities. If drive fails, you can contact the WD Support Team for replacement under warranty policy.
