I can’t access my passport ultra anymore. The Unlocker Which usually appears when the drive is connected doesn’t appear any more and the drive only appears as a cd drive now. please help me

Is the drive showing under disk management?
Depending on the model number of your drive, you can run the WD Universal Firmware Updater for Windows to see if you can read the drive.
it cant be read on the disk management
